WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
We ship from Melbourne, Australia within 2 business days of purchase. You will receive an email with tracking details confirming your product has been shipped. Shipping times vary depending on your location.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITION OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
99% of our clothing is vintage/used, which means they might show some signs of wear, marks, small holes etc (which we love! adds character/uniqueness) please read item description for a more detailed description of item, we will occasionally get brand new vintage products.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they are confirmed. We can add items to existing orders with no extra shipping cost if we haven't already shipped.
I'VE SENT AN EMAIL, WHEN WILL I GET A REPLY?
We try to respond within 48hrs of receiving your email, occasionally we might take longer so feel free to send another email if you don't hear back within 48hrs.
I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS, CAN I CHANGE IT?
You will need to message us ASAP with your order details and correct address, we are not responsible for your order once shipped if the incorrect shipping details were provided.
